To lose weight, some sacrifices and real determination are needed.
On P 10, you give up grains and alcohol just for 3 weeks. You also give up chemicals, sugar, refined carbs, fake low-fat and low-carb foods, hyrdogenated fats, and nitrites, hopefully for life. You eat rich food that may be you never ate before. P 10 is only half the solution. Are you ready to apply what you learnt? It takes determination. We know you have it since you are all here.
